Virtual and local, utilizing Quickbooks to provide basic bookkeeping and account reconciliation and reporting. Hourly rates $50-100/hour for special projects + monthly bundles beginning at $250/mo are available. The actual amount will be based on the exact services used:

Quickbooks Setup – initial set up of your accounting data file using QuickBooks Online. Setup/edit chart of accounts to correctly match your business needs.

Bookkeeping Services – Monthly and Quarterly Financials. Reconciliations of all accounts (i.e. Bank, Credit Cards and Liabilities).

Payment Processing/collections – Using Authorize.net, Infusionsoft, Stripe, Ontraport etc – managing auto payment processing for client subscriptions and collections.

Accounts Payable –coding, posting, bill pay, reconciling, reporting, and maintaining vendor master files.

Accounts Receivable – Coding, posting of cash receipts & sales, invoicing, statements, reconciling, reporting, and maintaining customer master files.

Payroll – *requires payroll add on in any Quickbooks level* Add payroll function to pay W-2 employees and file payroll taxes.

Basic Financial Reporting – Balances Sheet, Income/Profit & Loss Sheet, Expense Reports, Net Worth Reporting, General Ledger.

Expanded Reporting *with Quickbooks Plus only* including – 1099 filings, budgets, inventory tracking using FIFO method, class and location tracking and reporting.

Cleanups – Audit of previously prepared Ledgers to identify any mistakes and correct any issues.
